My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Tx

I have been in this custody battle for two years now and my ex got to pick out this counselor and this man was to do a psychological evaluation on me and my daughter, and ex and his son. This counselor was asigned to our case becuase of my daughter's outcry of sexual and physical abuse happening at her dad's. My ex says that its not true and that I am coaching my daughter to say these things so that I will have an upper hand in court. Well the evaluation is done and I was told that the counselor is going to recommend I retain sole custody and that dad have supervised visits here in LA until summer and then slowly ease her back into going to dad's in Tx and that the brother have no contact with her at all. I understand that all judges are different and unpredictable but what kind of pull does a counselor's recomendations have in what the judge may order?
