My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida
My husband and I have been separated since July 28, 2011. I've been letting him see my son about once every one-two weeks, basically whenever he asks to see him, in spite of the fact that he constantly calls me names and cusses at me via text message, phone, and in person. He's not provided any type of support and causes emotionally turmoil for myself and my son at every possible turn. Every time I tell someone that he refuses to help financially, their first question is, "Then why do you let him see him?"
Am I obligated by law to allow him visitation while we are separated?
Thanks!
