My ex did try to pin kidnapping and neglect on me. But it didn't stick because I was actively trying to feed the baby, and kidnapping didn't stick because we were married at the time. Believe me, she tried everything she could, and the only one that stuck was the breaking and entering and tresspassing.

I feel kind of beaten down by all this situation. So please, I am trying to handle it. You don't have to berate me every time I ask for advice.
If technical by the law of the law your guilty then once this charge sticks and you go to trail they're a good chance you will lose,I'm not saying it's fair but it's the reality of the situation. A lot times when someone pleads guitly to a felony and they are given a short jail sentence a few years probation is normally. It's sucks that your going to jail but probation can be a pain, 6 months and your down it's something.

I don't think it sucks that he's going to jail.

Did you read his other posts?

This guy will be lucky if he EVER gets unsupervised visitation with his child - and frankly if I were Mom, I'd fight him tooth and nail on that one, too.

(And this is coming from someone who is regularly "accused" of being too pro-Dad!)

And it's VERY worrisome that he apparently still doesn't think what he did was monumentally wrong.

    THAT is very concerning.

I spent the better time of about 45 minutes reading everything that brings me to this post. This can't be real! This guy is either a troll or incredibly stupid. Anybody who has seen me post knows that I am probably one of the most a$$hole responders(only when you deserve it,) and you have earned that honor.

One, breastfeeding is scientifically proven to be a much healthier forms feeding an infant. You believe that she intentionally did the whole breast milk thing to force your child to be dependent on her huh? Damn the fact that when most couples who can't make it work usually pack breast milk for the child when the child is with dad right? See that what people do when the dad isn't stuck in male entitlement mode and can actually discuss things rationally with mom. She breastfed on purpose in order to keep your baby away from you? You make her seem like a pimp that strung some young girl out on heroin so she'd do tricks for him!

You keep saying your child(That's why I kept posting that.) She ain't your child champ. This ain't a parking spot in Chicago. You can't put a chair on top of the kid and claim her solely as yours. It shouldn't take a rocket scientist to prove that to you. This baby was not brought to your door step by the stork in the middle of the night. You don't own this kid. This kid has(wait for it...) TWO parents! That's how most babies get here by the way. As a result, you can't cut somebody out that YOU have deemed to be unfit.

You have spent three separate posts bombarding this board with what YOU think and with what YOU believe. Not once did you bring any legal or scientific facts into your argument. Professionally, that what we DV officers classify as a typical abuser. So, let's help any law enforcement agency reading this diatribe of bull that you've perpetrated out with what they are dealing with:

    1. Per you, your partner started taking anti-depressants after you constant nagging. You never stated whether this occurred while she was pregnant. If it did, you strong armed her into doing something that doctor's explicitly speak against any expectant mom to do.

    2. Rather than listen to countless prompts from educated posters on this forum to seek legal counsel, you imply that one rogue suggestion to take the baby was the advice that you chose to partake? And you are not unstable? Really?

    3. You feel that since this is YOUR baby, you should be able to stay as long as YOU see fit? Wow, Google power and control wheel when you get a free minute from conspiring your next break in.

    4. All you talk about is your good job. Good luck with keeping that when all your shenanigans become public BTW. You talk about how much more money you make than your former partner. That's indicative of male privilege, which is another component of an abuser.

    5. You feel you are the better parent because all you got is anxiety and she has depression. Hate to tell you Champ, all of the things that you have described indicated that you have been under diagnosed. Hence, you are as effed up as your ex. Probably worse.

    6. You broke into a third parties home and stole a baby. Be honest, you only brought the thing back because it wouldn't take what you were trying to force down the kid's throat. You seriously have to be trolling, cuz you can't be this stupid!

    7. You blame her for not facilitating a nurturing relationship between your family and the baby. You have not expressed any semblance of common sense being utilized by you, so I can imagine what inaccurate garbage you've told your family about your ex. I wouldn't put that baby in the presence of your family either. I'd be scared that they'd snatch the kide like that eagle on the Youtube video or better yet, like YOU did Idiot! I've gotten to the point of namecalling because either, you are a troll or you really are an idiot and you deserve it.

In short, take the plea. I can't see the State being as lenient as you portray them to be towards someone as dangerous as you, but stupider things hae happened.

I just wanted to come back and say to all those that thought I was worse off mentally than my ex that I had a psych eval in jail and the only thing they found was Derealization, which is apparently a quite normal symptom of my panic disorder.

I was served with a Temporary Protective Order my ex got on behalf of my child as soon as I got out. In the permanent hearing, the judge said he was going to "give me another shot" to be a parent, but that I'm "on thin ice." He did not grant the permanent order, so I get a chance to be a part of my child's life...even though it is still supervised visits.

I just really didn't like the way I left things on here since everyone got so mad at me and I wanted to show that some of the extreme comments I got were unmerited.
