    We need more landlords like that in Jersey, just maybe the deadbeats would pay there rent instead of living rent free and running through the courts for 2 years before getting evicted.

    Geeez calm down, just kidding. But we do have a problem with deadbeats living rent free for years...

    One thing not mentioned............tile or carpet, that still leaves a mess.

    Best to evict the ol' fashioned (read legal) way. Lesser hassles in the long run.
