Will I be able to be emancipated

hey everyone, im 15 and live in california. I live in a nice house with parents who are not phsyically abusive. However for the past 2 years i have been in a deep depression related to living in the house i am currently at. Whenever I am in the house I feel as if there is no hope for me (possibly a mental problem but none the less when im in a different house/apartment/outside i feel fine)I have good grades and a job that could support me with a decent apartment. My parents are semi reluctant but have agreed to let me become emancipated as long as i keep my job and do well in school. I was just wondering if this would be enough to get me emancipated.

To get a declaration of emancipation, you have to prove ALL of these things:

• You are at least 14 years old.
• You don't want to live with your parents. Your parents don't mind if you move out.
• You can handle your own money.
• You have a legal way to make money.
• Emancipation would be good for you.

On the whole, your age is on the low side, and your reason for wanting to be emancipated - chronic depression - may work against the judge's finding that emancipation would be good for you. A first step? Try doing something about the depression.
