My question involves criminal law for the state of: South Carolina. I have probation for a completely seperate charge. Well me and my ex have assault charges and the judge did a no contact order at bond court. Well me and her have been talking and now i want to break up with her but she is threatening to call my p.o and tell them we have been talking. I am on yoa parole and if i go back its for a minimum of 6 months. Well im doing well on the street and dont want to lose all my things i have and my family. Will a violation of the no contact order violate probation for a seperate charge? Or how much time will it carry? Im just sick of her controlling me
