    Default Sexual Consent

    My girlfriend is 17 years old about 6 months from 18. Could her parents charge for rape if we have had sex. And would they win?? Even if she consented to it and will testify to that.

    Generally rule of thumb: If you have to ask whether it's legal or not, then regardless of whether the answer is yes or no, it's a very, very bad idea.

    Keep your pants zipped and your hormones in check for another six months.
