    Default A Person Comes to Home After Being Told They Are Not Welcome

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida. I have an estranged father, he keeps insisting he will come to my house on Christmas even after letters and emails telling him not to come and that he is not welcome. He is sending multiple emails saying he will come anyway even after being told do not show up at my home. Is there anything I can legally do? If he shows, is it trespassing since he has been told to not come to my home?

    Yep. You call the police if he shows up, and have him brought up on trespassing charges.
