Sorry, you can't be selective on this. Effectively, the bk court will expect to 'see' your entire financial and credit scenario. For your cars, you will have an opportunity to either let them go or reaffirm the loan and lease - if the reaffirmation is approved then they get set aside, however, if you default on them later the lienholder can come after you and the car. You shold read more on the bk law - many have found themselves with a dismissed case because they didn't disclose fully - that puts you right back where you started 0 except you can't file bk again. Bummer! Do it right.
Thanks for the info. I am still reading on it and just trying to make sure everything is order before I file. I would have used an attorney but they cost too much and I don't have the funds to fund them right now. Thanks again.
