Default Can a 17 Year Old High School Graduate Get Emancipated

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Wisconsin
I'm currently 17 years old and I will be graduating early from high school next month. My mother and I have had a toxic relationship and I recently ran away. Upon returning, she agreed to sign a "form" that social services in our county (Grant) informed us of, stating that I am a minor whom has graduated and can be on, and support myself. Well, now that time is winding down, no one can tell me where to get this said "form". HELP!!?

If your social services agency can't tell you where to find this alleged form, I don't know what makes you think we know.

Can be on what? If you are 17, your parents will be supporting you, not taxpayers. Get a job.
