My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Arizona
While my daughter was pregnant and after she had my Grandson, her ex, his father on BC but not through courts or paternity "yet" texted her many times that she can relocate to Sierra Vista, AZ because he has family there as well as Colorado with their son... Now he is saying no but has said yes through text that we have numerous times.
My question is...
Since paternity has been ordered but not established... if he's on the BC... and if he already gave her permission, can she relocate to Colorado?
Because we live in a town of 5k population and there are no jobs here, she can work and go to school in Colorado. She has applied everywhere here, and so has he.
Neither of them can find a job so its up to myself and my husband to support the little man.
She just became engaged with a wonderful man that also wants to move to Colorado with us as well.
He sees him about every 2 weeks for like 15 minutes because he got an injunction against harassment on me for asking for money to help with the baby.
Please all help is greatly appreciated.
