My question involves civil rights in the State of: PA
I need some basic information to make sure I'm not make something out of nothing. Im a paying vendor on an automotive fourm that I use to sell parts. I also buy parts/cars for clients, etc.
I made a post yesterday pertaining to an automobile a client had a few questions about. I posted the questions for the owner to reply to. My post was deleted by the admin before the owner had a chance to reply. I then made another post asking the admin to please explain as it was within the regulations to ask relavant questions.
The admins sends me a message basically saying that she deleted the post because she felt that it was just advertising my product and not making any relavant posts. This basically implies that if I wasnt a paying sponsor that my post would not have been deleted since I would not be considered to be advertising. The product I sell has no relavance to the seller. It is possible they could end up deleting a relavant post that could cost me thousands of dollars in profts if I miss out on purchasing something for a client.
Would this be considered discrimination against a vendor? Am I justified in feeling angry?
Thanks for the help!
