Default Should You Hire an Attorney for an Uncontested Divorce

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Indiana

The wife and I who have been married for 18 years, have agreed to seek an uncontested divorce. We have no children and have agreed on the division of assets/debts.

Is it wise to proceed with this divorce on our own without an attorney?

Does the court usually go with the the agreement that we agree to for division of assets and debts, or
do they tend to change things?

    Thank You

If you have any assets at all, it is wise for both of you to have your own attorney.
