    If your biological mother signed over her parental rights, she is no longer your mother. Period. Sorry, but your stepmom is not your stepmom - she's your Mom.

    At this point, your biological mother has absolutely no standing to do anything at all - she has the same rights to you as I do.

    I'm sorry to be so blunt, but that's the reality.

    It appears your Bio Mother gave up her rights to you. She is now a legal stranger and no longer your Mother
