You are correct, my reason for entering did expire, but it satisfied my reason for entering, and since there was no notice to not be there, how can I be charged with trespassing? Just because the police say to leave does not make it trespassing, the statue is very clear on that.
The officer told you to leave, thus revoking your permission to be there, and you did not. This type of CT case occur in GA and the state almost always wins. If the charge is amended to CT, you will lose.
