Question Can You Compel the Other Party to Help You Serve a Subpoena

My question involves a marriage in the state of Colorado. I have a maintenance hearing scheduled in a few weeks. My ex has been living with her boyfriend for years. We successfully served a supina to this witness (her boyfriend) for a previous court date which as been rescheduled. Now he (with the assistance of my Ex) is actively dodging the Process Server. Both parties agreed to this trial date due to the availability of the Court and a bunch of other witnesses (many of them expert). Is there a way to compel the other side to assist us in serving the supina?

It's your job to serve your subpoenas.

What relevant information do you believe the boyfriend is going to provide, particularly if the only issue is spousal support?
