My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Illinois
Like, I know there's the obvious abuse, but I can't prove it! What other reasons are there in Illinois? Oh, and by the way, I already live alone. I know people say that helps my case.

Actually, abuse is NOT a reason for emancipation in any state. It may get you taken out of the home, but unless you have a proven record of supporting yourself and can prove to the satisfaction of the judge that you have the ability to pay 100% of your own support, no reason is good enough.
Emancipation is not about letting you leave home. Emancipation is about giving legal protections to those teens who, for reasons outside their own control, found themselves living on their own.
Emancipation isn't contingent on the "reason". It's contingent on you meeting the REQUIREMENTS, regardless of the reason.
