Default When do a Third Party's Actions Violate an Order of Protection

My question involves criminal law for the state of: IL

Was in a relationship w a man going through divorce. Was beaten badly. Criminal Trial underway. Won the plenary order. He has reconciled with wife and dismissed divorce. She is contacting my employer with outrageous accusations in attampts to get me fired. She had included emails I sent to her husband, while we were dating (they include his name). She is harassing my friends. They are signing me up for every possible product/service/magazine subscription known to man. Is any of this third-party violation of the plenary? (That box is checked on my order.) I realize I can obtain a separate one against her, but it would be helpful to know if this constitutes a third-party violation on his end. I cannot find this answer and have been trying to do any legwork myself as I am running out of funds for attys. Thank you for your consideration.

Default Re: Third-Party Violation of an Oop

For the average reader, you mean a protection order when you say plenary order.

Instead of focusing on whether it's a violation of the guy's protection order -- we can't know what it says from here, and we cannot know whether you can prove he's asking her to do this -- it's unclear why you aren't discussing with the prosecutor's office and/or also asking law enforcement to assess whether this is criminal harassment.

    "She is harassing my friends."

And if they've told her to knock it off and she won't, they too should talk with local law enforcement.

"... but it would be helpful to know if this constitutes a third-party violation on his end. I cannot find this answer and have been trying to do any legwork myself as I am running out of funds for attys."

Again, talk with the prosecutor's office and local law enforcement.
