I read one appeal last week where officer was out of jurisdiction and case was reversed. I can't locate that case brief. That appeal stated if Officer is out of his jurisdiction, he has to call the local officer to issue citation.
You couldn't help yourself in your own cases to save your own butt so you should really refrain from tossing out short spurts that are intended to send people on a goose chase! Better yet, refrain from posting because all your're doing is proving how ignorant you still are!

Yeah, well don't count on that... My guess is the DA is likely too busy to want to give this case more attention than it deserves, but you can bet he still wants his piece. Remember this comment you made on this forum:
