My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: Georgia. I am going through a divorce. I will be moving to Oregon next year. I will need to quit my job before I move. Even if I did not move I would not be able to keep working where I am due to the long hours, 12 hours away from home a day, and I am now a single mother of an 8 year old child. My husband was gone for the last year in Afghanistan and I missed a lot of work due to my long hours, child, house, dogs, and just trying to maintain everything I literally made myself sick. Is there any way I can draw unemployment if I quit?
