Default Is There Any Way I Can Be Free of My Parents to Move to Another State

My question involves guardianship in the State of: Idaho.

my name is shaggy, and i live in coeur d' alene, and i was wondering, is there ANY way, at 17, i can move out of my parents house, and move back to the state of texas? i have the money, living conditions, job, and everything like that covered... My guardian that i live with now is basically a TYRANT, hes an alcoholic, and im afraid that one of these times, he will get mad at me like he always does, and hit me... hes threatened to many times... i truly believe that moving out at 17 is in my best interest, and i can support myself easily... ive even debated on just leaving at 17, regardless of it being legal or not... can anyone help me out here?

    One question - one only.

Are you living on the reservation?

The state of Idaho does not have statutory provisions for the emancipation of minors.

True, but if Shaggy is NA, Tribal Law might come into play.
