Is it a good enought reason to petition court to add a send pictures clause into the order since im so far away?

I mean what do some pics hurt ya know..... Shouldnt i at least get pictures of my kiddo?

He can't even take her to the toilet - she goes either by herself or with the supervisor. No phone/phone must be turned off. Conversations must be held within earshot of the supervisor.

OH OH OH ive been wondering the same thing for over 2 years.

Once again let me say, this whole thing was based on what she said, (she said she said she said) she even testified first thing that she lied on affidavit cause she didnt think it mattered, she admitted to the court shes a liar.

So yeah I dunno why either I cant take pics or any of that other stuff, jus to be clear there was never ANY allegations of abuse of the child in any which way, unless you wanna call Moms accusation that I drank 12 packs of beer in the matter of 1 hr on a walk in 94 deh=gree heat with 70% humidity, and how she knew this i dont know she was at work 15 miles away.....

Read the case dudes, she had 0 witness, J had 5 witness all confirming that she was lying.

Jus hanging on! taking lots of time to think....

But yeah answer that for me? Why no pics? who came up with that idea? they prolly gonna try to change her name on me as well

The terms of your visitation order are quite honestly the most restrictive that I've ever seen outside of abuse/neglect cases. John, you obviously appeared unstable. This wasn't just about your ex telling lies (if she did), but about credibility. You had none - she had everything.

But you need to LET THAT GO. What you NEED to do is comply with the terms, and basically suck it up. Prove to the court that you're willing and able to follow the court order. Stop trying to get back at Mom, and FOCUS on what's really important.

Im pissed at mom, but if I wanted to get back her i woulda done so last winter when i was around. Im not trying to do what she has done to me.

or get back at her, i think i could be a perfect daddy at this point and it still wouldnt matter to the court, it never will, they have taken my record previous to conception as a mitigating factor for most rulings.... IE i will never be believed........

So believe this when i say nothing
