Getting Emancipated

If I get pregnant and had a baby and my mom and dad were there for me with my baby because i didn't have any other help, then i get pregnant again and the babies dad is willing to helo me and let me move in with him since my mom isn't working right now and my dad is the only one that is bringing home money but only mostly enough for food and other things like that could i be emancipated with out them knowing. I think that it would be much easier if they didn't have to worry with having to take care of us any more. what should i do?

ok my mom and i were thinking about me getting emancipated but we don't know if i can, i have a baby and another one on the way and my mom isn't working any more and my dad is the only one bring any money home and it's just enough for food and stuff like that. well was thinking you couldn't be emancipated unless it was something bad or something. could you please help me?

You CANNOT get emancipated in Florida without your parents knowing. It WILL NOT HAPPEN, no matter what the circumstances.

In Florida, the ONLY way you can get emancipated is if your PARENTS initiate the petition. That law is not going to change no matter how badly you want it to.
