My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: FL
ok, so the employer that i am with is difficult to say the least. but it the last week i have been asked to come in on days off (2without pay) to handle decoration issues.... i was hired as a full time employee, but got my hours cut to less then part time with no valid explanation.... worked signifigant overtime and then had my hours "adjusted" and the given as little as $10 cash for as much as 6 hours overtime and when i refuse to "clockout" have my hours earased altoghter...my employer has begun audio survaliance with no notification to employees or customers. oh and.. out of several employees i am the only one on payroll so i havent gotten a paycheck within a week of it being owed(even though i make it a point to remind them its due) to me in i dont know how long.... this is a small buinisness (less than 10 employees) so i dont know what to do....any advice???
