Question Example of "Good Cause" for a California EDD Continued Claims Submitted Late

My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of:
    California

California EDD benefits may be denied for the continued claim form being mail late. Forgetfulness, procrastination, etc are NOT "good cause".

What are some examples of what would be considered "good cause" for being late?
