    Default Terminated for Exhaustion of FMLA for Sick Child

    My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of:
    My employer has stated that I have exhausted my 12 weeks of my approved FMLA for my sick child and I was terminated. She put on the paper work exhasution of FMLA as the reason and advised I should get my UI. Is this true. I have filed and I am still waiting.
