Question Imputation of Wages for a Minimum Wage Job

My question involves child support in the State of: California

My husband's ex always quits her job right before they have to do a DCS calculation, then she gets a job after the calculation is done. Is there any way we can have her held accountable for at least holding a minimum wage job? She is completely capable and whether or not she is employed at the time of calculation, I wonder if she can be held accountable for at least making minimum wage.

Absolutely, your husband should be requesting that she is imputed at least full time min. wage!
