    Default How Does A Creditor Find A New Bank Account

    I AM WORKING FOR A COMPANY THAT THE BANK ACCOUNT WAS FROZEN DUE TO AN UNPAID SETTLEMENT, THEY OPENED ANOTHER ONE(BANK ACCT) AT ANOTHER BANK AND THEY FROZE IT TOO, WE JUST OPENED THE NEW ACCT ON MON. NOONE KNEW THE NEW ACCT INFO, HOW DID THEY GET THIS INFO? IS THERE SO KIND OF DATABASE OR WHAT? PLEASE HELP

    Default Unpaid Settlement

    Money flows into a bank account, and money flows out. Each time, a record is created of the activity. Additionally, bank accounts can appear on credit reports, and a judgment creditor (particularly of a business) may qualify to obtain those reports.
