Accused of Conspiracy to Shoplift

i need help! one of my friends was caught shoplifting at a department store and they charged me with theft and engaging in organized criminal activity , the only reason i was there was beacause the girls friend was my ride to school , i have a clean record never stole and really had nothing to do with the theft , is there a chance to clear it up??

You are how old? This is being prosecuted in juvenile court or adult court? The two (or is it more than two) friends you were with told the police what about their crime and your involvement?

Your story is that your friends picked you up to take you to school and, to your complete surprise, instead took you to a department store, you figured, "What the heck, I'll only miss my first couple of classes," went into the store with them, one of them was caught shoplifting, and that you were completely unaware that this person was shoplifting?
