    Default Forged Paperwork

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: idaho I am a rural mail carrier.in 2010 my postmaster through a series of computer manipulation and back dating of documents cut my pay I have been trying to recover ever since. I finally screamed sexual harassment.while getting ready for EEO showdown I came across paperwork where postmaster has forged my signature I am having professional analysis done now .can the post office get away with this or is it in fact criminal now over a labor claim

You seem to be stating that you had a problem with the documentation for your compensation and, when it was not resolved properly, made a false accusation of sexual harassment to which people responded. Is that what you are saying? If not, explain your sexual harassment accusation. Also, tell us about the alleged forgery - how it works, why you can't disprove the documents, etc.

No not a false accusation I am the only male carrier in office My pay is dependant on # of boxs I service.a certain amount was taken from me when I reached a certain pay level.several other routes in area reached this level and were left untouched all belonging to women.woman postmaster woman district superiors woman putting info into system.at every step to try and resolve a woman told me that's the way it is,even when I would tell them my pay stub did not match payroll data base what would you call it?

Also the reason I have been unable to disprove is that usps refused to even look at any of documents.the forged signature was on paper that would alter my pay with my blessing I did not sign this result has been loss of over 1,000 a month

If you complete your paperwork at the post office the way you write in this forum, I would call it the consequence of your not being able to complete your paperwork in a coherent manner.

Also, what in anything you describe do you believe would constitute sexual harassment? Please recognize, harassment and discrimination are not synonyms.

Consult a plaintiff-side employment lawyer in your state.

Wow I have done nothing wrong except go to work and do my job what the h@#$ are you talking about I did not fill out any of this paperwork.there is much more to this than just the paper work but from what I read on several different sites when someone uses their position to change your pay it is the very definition of workplace harrasment it just so happens Im male with all women leads.if it were a women dominated by males I think it would be approached the same way

It's not difficult to see why you have problems at work.

Again, consult a plaintiff-side employment lawyer in your state.

Are you sure that when you are saying, sexual harassment, you do not mean, gender discrimination?

Could be.The forms supplied to us by USPS are somewhat dated.I think it would be more workplace harassment or workplace bullying terms I don't believe were being used when forms were printed.I talked to EEO specialist b4 I did paperwork, they suggested I pick which I felt was best and explain specifics in space below.so that's what I did.I am very confident I will prevail in EEO process as I have all the backup paperwork in which they contradict themselves.my real question is the fact my name was forged and pay was changed because of that,is it now also a criminal case or still a labor case.
