    The question is if you are a US citizen by birthright. Not enough information to tell here. Were your parents married at the time of your birth?
    If you weren't a citizen at the time of your birth, and since you are over 21, you don't have an automatic qualification for a green card. In any event, your father WOULD have to sign. Without that, you're out of luck.

    No, they were not married until after my birth.So i have a Last name that cannot live up to its Name? ? Thats Sad!
