Default Store Associate Suspected Me of Committing Retail Fraud

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas

I went to a Ross store earlier today to return some merchandise, I did have my reciept. When the store associate scanned the item, she looked at the description on the computer and back at the item, then she called her manager and they were talking quietly to themselves. When I asked what they were looking for, she told me the description on the reciept does not match that of the item. I told them I hadn't done anything to the items and the manager said sometimes items aren't tagged correctly and told her to go ahead and give me the refund. Then, I had a pair of boots that I did not have a reciept for so she asked me for identification and gave me store credit. Basically, I'm worried because I did give them my identifiation that I'll recieve a letter from Ross stating they want to investigate and pursue charges. Could this happen?
