Exclamation Emancipation for a 17 Year Old in Indiana

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Indiana
i am a seventeen year old lesbian i have my own job , own bank account , my girlfriend also has her own job and can also help support us and our household if able to go through with this. my main reason in trying to get this is because my mom andother family members are always trying to control things that i do. whenever i go anyhere my mom has to kno the person im going with their parents what im gonna be doing every second of everyday. im bein forced into nursing , something i dont wanna do.
i get judged for being in love and engaged with my girlfriend of a year and three months. they treat me like im 10 with my phone i have to be off of it every night at ten o clock , i cant just go hang out whenever even if only for a little bit. im tired of all the shit i get about me amd my girlfriend , any time they ever talk about her is when its negative saying im obssesed amd need to leave her alone.
thia idea came to mind last night when i was talking to my girlfriend on the phone she had told me ythat her stepmom is taking her and her little brother to California at the end of this summer coming up. .
we dont wanna be apart , we want to be ablr stay in each others lives with out distances with out anything bad happenening to each other.
so my thought process is seeing hat she has nobody here ahe can stay with and my mo. wouldnt even suggest her moving in to our house in another part of the house i nedd to get my own apartment and be able to do on my own. having had a job for a year , having money in my bank account and my own car i feel as if i can care for myself especially with her help.
the end of my school year i will have my CNA lisciense plus the job i already havr.
im liable to take csre of my self , im responsible enough to care for myself. so what im looking for out of this is how to go about coming to my family amd talking about it and what proof and / or information do i need to take action with this. please comment with any information if youu have any. thank you.

so, your mom is being a responsible parent, right?

You have described nothing that would cause a court to consider emancipating you. You get to wait until you are 18 or until your mother allows you to leave the home.

Please understand I am not advising you to break the law. I am simply laying out the illogical thinking you are using and attempting to make your life easier. If you are 17, by the time you fight your way through court, in an unlikely attempt to become emancipated, you will be 18 or close to it. If your girlfriend is moving to California at the end of next summer, you have plenty of time to worry about school and work, while saving money. When your girlfriend goes to CA, you will be 18 and one year short of legal emancipation in Indiana. You will legally be required to wait one year to reach the age of majority. If you went to help your GF get moved in, in CA, when she moves and were granted permission by mom, you will have reached the age of majority in CA and should legally be able to exercise the option to stay. On the other hand, if mom refuses to allow you to go visit your girl friend at 18 and you run away, to California, you will be a runaway in Indiana, yet a legal adult in CA. I never recommend people break the law, so don't go unless mom gives permission.

Indiana will not emancipate you under these circumstances.

    Period. Even if.

I think I need to write up a template for these questions.

Qualifier: Are you at least 16 years old? If you are not, come back when you are. Emancipation is not an option for you.

    1) Does your state have statutory provisions for emancipation? If no, stop here. Emancipation is not an option for you.

1b) If your state requires parental consent for emancipation, will your parents sign off? If no, stop here. Emancipation is not an option for you.

    2) If you answered yes to question one, how long have you been living apart from your parents? If the answer is less than 6 months, stop here. Emancipation is not an option for you.

2b) How much money are you making at your full time job? If you are not employed, stop here. Emancipation is not an option for you.

2c) In the time that you have been living apart from your parents, how much of your support do you provide? If the answer is less than 100%, stop here. Emancipation is not an option for you.

    3) If you have successfully answered all parts of questions 1 and 2, above, are you maintaining better than average marks in school? If you are not maintaining at least a B average in school, stop here. Emancipation is not an option for you.

    4) If you have successfully answered all of the above, what need do you have for emancipation? How will you convince the judge that emancipation is in your best interests? If your reason includes "boyfriend", "girlfriend", "mother is a bitch", "father is an asshole", or any complaint about "not allowed to do what I want", stop here. YOU ARE NOT A CANDIDATE FOR EMANCIPATION.
