My question involves criminal records for the state of: OREGON

Hello, i am looking to expunge my adult and juvenile record. As a minor, i had found myself being arrested left and right. I was a run-away from the state, addicted to drugs. I was arrested many, many times for Misdameanors, and only arrested once on a Class C Felony charge (UUMV), i was never convicted because i was not the one who stole the car or was present with the suspect when the car was stolen. I had no knowlege of the crime. I was released by the county sheriff a week later from a juvenile jail. At 18 I was arrested and convicted of a Class A Misd. (interferance w/public transportation), i served 18 mos probation and paid a $500-600 fine. During my probation i failed to pay my fine, due to loosing my job. A warrant was put out for my arrest and i was booked into jail (unfortunatley, i was arrested on a Fri night and had to spend the weekend in jail). At the age of 20, my cousin and i had fought over the makeup she had stolen from me, she assaulted me, i then proceeded to fight back, and broke down her door. The cops were called, i was booked on Burglary 2nd deg, Criminal Misch. 2nd deg, and Criminal Trespass 1... My cousin dropped the charges and i was never convicted. I am now almost 23 and want all of this cleared up. These charges do not reflect the person i am today. I am attending Criminal Justice classes, and doing very well. What can i do? What's the first step? What are the requirements? Is there a waiting period? Can i only expunge the adult record w/out expunging the juvenile record? Thanks!
