Default Tape Recording Phone Conversation Without Consent

My question involves civil rights in the State of: I have an unruly customer whom in front of another witness declared I was wrong because they tape recorded our phone conversation without my consent. . This is in the state of Nevada. It is my understading that I can tape record if both parties are present (and at least I consent) , but not on the phone. My question is, can anyone clarify the facts and what is my recourse from here?

Nevada is an all party consent state. You can file a criminal complaint. As for other recourse, what damage do you have?
