My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Washington
The mother and I share joint custody decision making for our child. He's currently enrolled a before care program. The mother claims that the tuition payment information is private and I have no rights to view how much she is paying, and the before care program revealing this information would be illegal. After contacting this institution, they claim I'm not included on any of the paperwork and the mother would have to allow them to release this information.
I'm familiar that medical records are a parents right, but not familiar if tuition information is included in this same law.
Please help!
Regards,
