My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Virginia

I'm 20 and still under my parents' insurance with State Farm. I'm part of the Good Student Discount Program. A few days ago, I received a speeding ticket (going 80 on a 70 zone; not considered reckless) as well as a ticket for failing to wear my seat belt properly. I received my first speeding ticket last January of this year (going 38 in a 25 zone), so in total I have received 2 speeding tickets and 1 seat belt ticket. I went to traffic school last March so my insurance wouldn't raise up. If I go to court, do you think there will be a chance the judge will let me retake traffic school again so I can prevent my insurance company from seeing my second speeding ticket? Also, would the seat belt ticket raise my insurance as well?
