    I would say it's crystal clear, to be honest. They specifically state they will NOT pay the tuition and fees - only the differential.

    I thought it was crystal clear too, Doggie. That's why I told him to talk to an attorney again. Since he so clearly was not accepting any answer but the one he wanted to hear.

    But it appears you may have gotten through to him; or maybe it was all the discussion on the other forum where he posted this.
