He was on probation until recently, so actually for him it was not legal. He also has dcs history when she was an infant due to his drinking while caring for our daughter. I found blood all over the walls in her room because he cut himself and she was out of her crib when I found her. I cannot change the fact I CHOSE him to have a child with. I am allowed to have concerns. Thanks for your input.

Maybe I'm having a hard time with this because our last babysitter was charged with a felony while drinking and caring for children, our daughter as one of them. So I'm applying the outcome of that situation to my current which is more severe. I have alot of documentation. So I guess my goal is to prove she has been in danger.
