Question Caught Shoplifting for $13 While on Probation

My question involves criminal law for the state of: I was caught shoplifting, about 30 mins ago. I am currently on probation and have been for 1 week maybe longer, I am on probation for residential burglary, theft of firearm and trafficking stolen goods, for this I plead guilty for a deffered disposition, it was my first offense to the law. I am 17 and I'm interested in knowing what will be the probable outcome for my poor choices that I made today. Will the judge revoke my disposition, will I have to go the juvenile prison, or do juvy time? I will be very gracious for quick replies, I was seriously starting to feel sick on the way home, I'm freaking out inside my head please help.

The state of what? I don't know about your mythical state but in several states I am accustom to, your deferral will be screwed and those original charges "undeterred". You'd be looking at sentencing under the original charges plus the new ones. Sounds like felonies the first time around as well. Prison wouldn't be out of the question. You need a lawyer.

You just broke you probation and will likely be tried as an adult, if they discover this.

Were the police called at all? If the police were called, you need a lawyer, regardless of whether RiteAid opted to press charges. You're in very real danger of having your probation revoked and being confined.

No the police were not called at all, I was given a barring notice and told that I would probly get a notice in the mail saying that I need to go to court

If they're telling you that you're going to need to appear in court, charges are being pressed.

One more time: LAWYER. And stop stealing, ferchrissakes. There are counseling programs available if this is a compulsion for you, you'd do well to avail yourself of one.

Should I use the same lawyer that I had for my first charges or should I go out and find another one? I do believe that the first lawyer was appointed to me by the state.
Also would there be any way to plea with the judge to perhaps not get the rest of my life ruined with these felonies and instead get 2 years of probation, 3 times the community service, and weekends in juvy for like 3 months?

The judge will know it is only so you can continue stealing. You have proved that.

Your life is not ruined by the felonies. It is compromised by the choices that you continue to make. Maybe not ruined, but definitely more difficult. Nobody can tell you what lawyer to choose. And realistcally, what difference does it make when it's yourchoices that affecting your criminal history?
