Default Adopting My Step Child - Biological Father is Deceased

My question involves adoption law for the State of: Hi, I am trying to find out what the process is to adopt my step daughter, her biological father is deceased from and in Mexico, I have sponsored her residency in the US, and we are all living in Arizona now. Any help would be appreciated.

You're in what county? For example, Maricopa County offers assistance for stepparent adoption via the County Attorney’s Office at (602) 372-5437 (602-372-kids). Check your county court's website.
