    Default Venue for ADR

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: california

If your former employer came up with a location at one of their facility (not the one you were employed) for a ADR hearing to resolve a dispute, any factors should one consider?

Would this place deemed not neutral and a former employee should object to it? Or any other reason to reject it?

    Default Re: Venue for ADR

ADR is conducted pursuant to contract or agreement. If it's by contract, presumably this is something you can address with your union rep. If it's by agreement, talk to your lawyer. You do not appear to be talking about a civil service situation.

If you want us to know the context, you have to share a factual context.
