Default "Victim" Dropping No Contact Order

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Arizona

    Information:
Defendant charged with sexual conduct with minor (age 17)
Class two felony because of status as authority figure
Case is currently in mediation phase (not convicted)
No contact order placed against victim (me)
Allegations were not made by me

    Question:
When I turn 18 and petition to have the no-contact order dropped, what are my chances of succeeding? Is there any way I can increase those chances?

Nobody can predict the outcome, I'm afraid.
