Default Unemployment Benefits With Two Part Time Jobs

My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: pennsylvania

I have 2 part time jobs. Job A is at one location and i work only 2 hours a week one 2 diffrent days. It costs me more to get to the job then I bring home. (I break even on gross)

The other Job Job B give me almsot 20 hours a week and even more sometimes. Also job A sometimes interferes with Job B and I have been spoken to at job b

Job A refuses to give me more hours There where times when I volunterred to work Job A resposne was no we will resducle this person rather then have you work. When someone quit and I applied for the job I was told no they will hire someone else.

Could I quit Job A citing I am needed at job B more without jepordizing my benifits
