How to Get Emancipated and Win

Hello all im new to this fourm and in some very desperate need of advise. My name is dominic, im 16 years old. Ive thought about emancipation for a very long time now, i have $9,000+ in savings. I have a job as a waiter in a bar and im damn good at it, i bring in $300+ in tips some nights. I just got my job a few months ago, i make $8 a hour. I work 6 hours a day, 7 days a week, and about 1000 a month in tips. i make roughly about 2500$-3200$ a month. I have an apartment that i pay souly by my self. I have a car in very good condition. I do oinline school and have a 4.0 GPA. I got quotes on car insurance, electricity, water, internet, and phone ect. I did the math on food, gas, and other essentials. and i still have a left over $300 a month. Ive researched my shit and did my homework. I can survive by myself. The reason i want to get emancipated it because my father is an alcoholic and beats me. my autistic brother has tried to kill me several times. Hes been put in mental hospitals for it, theres records of that. My father has also called me a liar when his friend molested me. My home is unsafe, unstable, and unhealthy for me to live in. What would be the easiest way to get emancipated step by step please, no matter what I WILL TRY.
