Default B1/B2 Visa Cancelled and Admission Withdrawn at Port of Entry

I had B1/B2 visa, I stayed in US for 6 months 3 times ( totally 18 months in 3 years). in my previous immigration officer granted 6 months stamp, I never overstayed and never applied for extension on my I94. i thought i can stay 6 months to get my training (ours is outsourcing company, we support big Mechanical company, needs training in different department to work effectively from home country). when i entered 4th time they didnt believe me (they thought i was working) and asked some questions and even i tried to convince i am here to get training they dint convinced. Finally they cancelled my visa under 212 7 B II and send me back to my home country by saying to apply new visa. I am innocent i went their as per employer request. is there any chance that i can reapply and get new B1/B2 visa or any other visa like L1. Please suggest me is this is a serious issue, will it affect my future entry and on my career.

Your employer should have you discuss your specific circumstances with their US immigration attorney. The visa cancellation can certainly adversely affect your future travels to the US.

It certainly appears that you were engaged in activities other than those permitted by a B1 visa. Is is unreasonable for an individual to require 6 months of training to perform for 6 months at a job. He should have supplied documentation for an H-1B or L-1 visa.

There are some employers who are in violation of US immigration law by sending employees on the improper status because the quota is closed or they are able to pay the employees less than required on other statuses.
