My question involves a child custody case from the State of: north Carolina
what rights does the father have to retain some kind of visitation of his child. The mother is refusing to work with us. She recently came out here and his daughter is wanting to see her daddy, but the mother has refused to work with us because she has not moved on. the child is 6 years old and we do not want to remove her from her home where she lives with her grandparents, but feel that she needs to come to visit in the summers and school breaks. we do not want to take the child away just have a relationship with her brother and her family out here on the west coast.
