Unlawful Possession of a Gun

My question involves police conduct in the State of: california
My son was arested last month for a firearm.but the gun was never found on ny son.the cop told my son if he did not said it wad his gun he was going to put a bad report on him so on the repor he put the y son have told him the he had a gun on him.my son dont even have gun the only problem he did this to my olders son that is doing one year in couny jail because he lie in court .so my two sons are in jail because off this cop his always harresing my son's abd i have daugter and he said his not going to be happy until he sees three off my fids in jail for a long time

It is almost impossible to understand what it is you wrote here. But, ultimately, your son will have his day in court. He can plead "not guilty" and his attorney can make any argument he or she can make to cast reasonable doubt on the state's case against your son.

I find it curious that you say the gun was never found ON your son. If a gun was located, and your son admitted to carrying it, then he could be charged with a crime (assuming, of course, that the carrying of the weapon was somehow illegal under the circumstances).

Perhaps you would care to try to clearly spell out the circumstances.

Also keep in mind that you were not present, you know only what your son is telling you. And, quite frankly, your son may be feeding you a line of hooey.
