My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Washington

I'm a meat cutter, and I manage a dept. for a large chain store. I've been working with a guy for a few years now with no issues, and about 3 months ago he started failing to perform his duties. Two weeks ago, after having enough of it, I arranged for him to be moved out of my shop. He was really angry about this, and he told another co-worker that he would "Get me back." Less than a week later, I was told that the HR supervisor had been in talking to him. I let it go thinking there is nothing he can report me for as I haven't done anything wrong. I left work that day, only to get a phone call from my store manager an hour later telling me that I was suspended indeterminately without pay, pending an investigation by HR. I was instructed not to step foot on the premises. I wasn't given a reason for the investgation or the suspension. As of yesterday, I've gone 5 days with no pay and no explanation. There are rumors flying around my workplace, and I'm totally defenseless and humiliated. Today, I finally met with HR. The guy that I had removed from my shop is claiming that I threatened to shoot him! And now a woman that worked in my shop is claiming sexual harassment. She claims I made a crude statement and propostioned her. I have never had any problems with any of these people or anyone else until last week. My decision to remove this guy from my shop was NOT personal, it was business. Pure and simple. And I don't know where the claims from the woman are coming from. She has been telling everyone she's on my side. I didn't feel like the HR lady was listening to me very well. They haven't asked many people about the allegations, and the ones they have asked seem to feel like they were pressured. It kind of seems like they've already made up their minds, even though they have no concrete evidence against me, only hearsay. There have been other employees that have done far worse than what I'm accused of, and they still have jobs with the company. I've been told I'm one of the best managers they have in the district, and I've had no disciplinary actions or problems so I don't understand why they'd want me gone. Why can't they see this is retaliation?! What are the odds I'll keep my job? I have a union rep, but I want to be sure I'm taking the right steps. Please, any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
