Minor in Possession of Marijuana on School Grounds First Offence

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Michigan

I recently got caught last Friday with a one hitter with 4 friends. The weed was gone but they had no evidence I have smoked it and I told them anyways I did... I got an mip I never have ever gotten in trouble at school I was always a good student. I felt like crap infront of the cop he even said he was glad i was sad to show him I can quit. They made me tell them who my dealer was and I tried to tell them I didn't want to then they said my life will be worse so I did... I have been clean for a month and I never even went to court yet I probably won't for 2 months. What I'm getting at is I don't want probation cause I'm never touching marijuana ever ever again and I know the harms and causes and what can happen.. I don't want classes either cause I learned my lesson big time. i got suspended 10 days and my friends had 4 which I don't know why they smoked it and melled like it. I feel like I got set up in a wierd way. But please answer ASAP I'm soo worried and I just don't wanna go to any dumb classes or put on something that I don't Need.

Grow up kid. What you WANT is immaterial here. You broke the law in addition to school rules. No amount of crying or notes from mommy are going to get you out of this one. Probation and your "dumb classes" are you SECOND CHANCE to not end up with a lifetime criminal record.
